Abstract
The activity of phase II enzyme in the liver of mice was examined following the application of Cnidium officinale Makino aqua-acupuncture solution (COMAS). The application of COMAS CV12 to mice for 7 days increased quinone reductase(QR) activity. The glutathione S-transferase(GST) activity was also increased with COMAS. A greater increase was observed in the glutathione(GSH) levels than in the QR and GST activities.
